Axion is a product of Fieldhaus LLC (Fieldhaus Marketing). References to “we,” “us,” or “Axion” on this page mean Fieldhaus LLC. For any privacy question, email ryan@fieldhaus.marketing.
What this policy covers
This policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information on our marketing website (https://axion.fieldhaus.marketing) and when you request a demo, interact with our sales team, or otherwise share data with us outside of the Axion product itself.
Data processed inside the Axion product on behalf of our customers is governed by the Data Processing Addendum in the customer agreement, not by this website-focused policy.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, email, phone, company, job title, interest areas — when you fill out the demo form, subscribe to a list, or email us.
- Technical data — IP address, browser user agent, referrer, pages viewed. Collected via standard web logs and, where enabled, analytics cookies.
- Marketing tracking — UTM parameters and referrer information so we understand which campaigns surface us to you.
How we use it
- To respond to your demo request, questions, or other inquiries.
- To operate and improve our marketing site and measure its performance.
- To send product updates or educational content, only where you've opted in.
- To meet our legal, compliance, and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share your contact details with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
We use minimal first-party cookies required for site functionality. When we enable Google Analytics 4, we configure it to anonymize IP addresses, limit data retention to the shortest supported period, and suppress advertising-identifier features. You can disable cookies in your browser without breaking the site.
Data retention
Demo request records are retained for as long as necessary to respond and for a reasonable period afterward for contract and audit purposes. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit use of your personal information. To exercise any right, email ryan@fieldhaus.marketing. We'll respond within the timeframe your law requires (at most 45 days).
Updates to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be flagged via an email to subscribers and a banner on the site.
