Is this a responsive web app or a real native app?
Real native apps — iOS and Android. React Native underneath, but shipped through the App Store and Play Store, with native camera, push notifications, biometric auth, and offline caching. Tap-to-open, not a mobile browser experience.
What can I actually do from the app?
Review dashboards (traffic, leads, spend). Approve or reject specials. Approve or edit AI-drafted ad copy. Capture and upload inventory photos (they get auto-enhanced like desktop uploads). Enter daily KPI data. Respond to variance alerts. Read reports. Post to Google Business Profile. A full day-to-day workflow.
Does it work offline?
The app caches your most recent data so you can view dashboards and queue photo uploads or KPI entries while offline. Changes sync when you're back online. Perfect for spotty connections on the lot.
How does photo capture for inventory work?
Open the app at a vehicle, scan or type the VIN, shoot photos in a guided flow (hero, front, rear, interior). Photos upload and auto-enhance in the background. No laptop, no transfer, no queue.
Can execs get a lightweight version?
Yes. Role-based permissions mean an exec can see dashboards and approvals without full admin access. Push notifications configurable per role — GMs get variance alerts, marketing directors get approval requests, execs get weekly summaries.
