The problem with most dealer sites

You already have the traffic. You're just not catching the intent.

The average dealer website captures about 2% of visitors as leads. The other 98% are real shoppers with real intent — trade interest, recall concern, financing curiosity, spec questions — leaving without being asked. Axion adds capture surfaces where that intent actually shows up, without cluttering the site.

Recall widget

OEM recalls → service leads.
For every make, not just yours.

A simple VIN or license plate input on your service page turns NHTSA data into a lead engine. Visitors learn what applies to their vehicle; you capture a service lead with recall context pre-filled. High trust, high intent, and it works for every vehicle on the road — perfect for a multi-make group.

  • VIN or license plate lookup against real-time NHTSA data
  • Captures lead with recall IDs, vehicle year/make/model/trim
  • Works for every make — conquest service customers, not just yours
  • Embed on service pages, landing pages, or homepage slot

Capture surfaces

Five places intent shows up. Five tools that catch it.

Recall widget

NHTSA data by VIN or plate. Works for every make. Captures service leads with recall context pre-filled. High-intent, compliance-adjacent, conquest-friendly.

Trade appraisal

Progressive form with real-time range from market data. Captures the full vehicle profile even if the shopper doesn't complete the flow.

Smart VDP forms

Route by vehicle, make, price band, or campaign. Chain across users and teams with time-window fallbacks. Forms adapt to context (new vs. used vs. certified).

Specials capture

Every special is a lead surface. Forms pre-fill with the matched VIN and offer. Leads route with full special context — so your BDC knows what the shopper saw.

Unified lead hub

Every lead, every source, every rooftop, in one working list. Filter, dedupe, export, bulk-correct. Not a report — a tool for the lead coordinator.

CRM routing

DealerSocket, VinSolutions, Elead, HubSpot, Salesforce native. ADF/XML and webhook for the rest. Every lead carries source + vehicle + campaign context.

Unified lead hub

One list. Every source. Every rooftop.

The lead hub isn't a dashboard — it's a working surface. Every lead from every source lands here, with full context (page, vehicle, special, UTM, referrer, device). Your lead coordinator filters, dedupes, bulk-routes, and corrects mis-routed leads in seconds. Then everything flows to your CRM the way it already does.

  • Every source, every rooftop, one list — not per-source reports
  • Context on every row: page URL, vehicle VIN, special ID, UTM, referrer, device
  • Bulk actions: route, tag, dedupe, suppress, export
  • CRM sync happens in parallel — hub is what your team actually uses

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the recall widget exactly?
A website widget that lets a visitor check their VIN or license plate against active NHTSA recalls. Axion pulls the recall data, shows the visitor what applies to their vehicle, and captures a service lead with recall context pre-filled. High-intent, compliance-relevant, and it works for every make — not just yours.
How does trade appraisal work on our site?
A progressive form: year/make/model, condition, trim, mileage, trim, then a real-time range pulled from market data. The shopper sees a range, Axion captures the full profile, and the lead routes to your team with vehicle context attached.
Do VDP forms route differently by vehicle?
Yes. Route rules on vehicle (new/used/certified), make, price band, or campaign source. E.g. F-150 leads to the truck specialist; leased-return leases to the lease lead. Routes can chain across users, teams, and time windows.
Which CRMs does Axion route to?
Native integrations with DealerSocket, VinSolutions, Elead, HubSpot, and Salesforce. Webhook and ADF/XML for everything else. Every lead carries full context — source page, vehicle, special, UTM — not just a name and email.
Can we see every lead across every source in one list?
Yes — that's the lead hub. All forms, all widgets, all rooftops, with source + vehicle + attribution context. Filter, dedupe, export, or route-correct in bulk. It's a working list, not a report.
Does this replace my BDC's tools?
No. Axion captures the lead and hands it to your CRM. Your BDC's workflow — appointment setting, follow-up cadence, reporting — stays where it is. We add lead quality and attribution; we don't replace the follow-up engine.
