Does Axion print and mail the pieces, or do I use my own vendor?
Both. We partner with national fulfillment providers for postcards and mailers, but we also integrate with your existing print vendor via API or SFTP. List, creative, and proof cycle happen in Axion either way.
How do I track response from a physical postcard?
Three methods, used together: unique QR codes or URL slugs per piece (so scan/visit is trackable back to the recipient), unique phone numbers for a subset of pieces, and post-campaign match-back against your CRM and delivered sales.
Can I target by service lapse, lease end, or conquest?
Yes. Segment the list on anything in your CRM — lapsed service, lease end date, vehicle age, in-market conquest lists — or upload an external list (owned conquest data, OEM lists, USPS EDDM zones).
How does the invoice reconcile against my budget?
Fulfillment posts back the actual printed/mailed quantity and cost per piece. Axion reconciles against the planned campaign cost in your budget module — so budget variance reflects real spend, not the quote.
